Cancellation Policy

By scheduling a session with Legacy Path Insurance Agency, you acknowledge and agree to the following: Appointment Preparation Certain sessions require document submission in advance. Required documents must be uploaded at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment. Failure to submit documents may result in rescheduling. Educational & Advisory Scope All sessions are educational and strategic in nature. Recommendations are based on information provided by the client. These sessions do not constitute legal, tax, or estate planning advice. Session Timing Appointments begin and end at the scheduled time. Late arrivals will not extend the session beyond the original booking window. Cancellations & Rescheduling Appointments may be rescheduled with at least 24 hours’ notice. No-shows or cancellations made within 24 hours may forfeit the session. Paid Sessions Paid strategy sessions are non-refundable. At the agency’s discretion, session fees may be credited toward a policy placed within 30 days. Zoom Format All sessions are conducted virtually unless otherwise agreed in writing.
